I love this nutribullet, it works very well and definitely chops and liquifies everything I put in it. I use mine for smoothies and salad dressing. I do cut my fruit into chucks and freez them first. The speed is perfect to chop it all up. It’s easy to use and wash. The only thing about the nutribullet that’s time consuming is making sure you gently pull out the rubber ring on the lid an blade piece after each use to wash it , otherwise it may develop mold after a period of time, as does anything that’s not washed properly. Love it and definitely recommend, especially if you have kiddos who love smoothies, you can sneak in some veggies 😘 does not take up much counter space or you can store in a cubord. I bet it would be good for mixed drinks as well!

I loved my blender until I didn’t. I used it to make smoothies and it operated as intended. It was great. Then one day the sealing ring came out when I unscrewed the blender. It was difficult to get back in, but doable. It has leaked ever since. I cared for the blender as intended. It had not been used excessively and was exactly one month old the day it quit working correctly, so I cannot return it. I am not a happy camper.I called Nutribullet and they are sending a new blade unit! And, fyi, not that I did this, but you are never to try and clean around the gasket, or take it out. I’ve seen youtube videos saying to do this, but this unit is made to stay sealed. You should replace the blade unit every six months. Also, if you clean it by running blender with soapy water, make sure it is just warm water, not hot. This unit is not made for HOT.

If the inconvenience of having to reach into a blender cup to clean stuck food is what’s keeping you from buying one, this is the blender for you.—–The downside of having an upside-down cup design is that you will need to find the ideal tightness to screw on the blade cap. Too tight or too loose and the cup will leak while blending.The surefire way to test whether a cup will leak is to turn the cup upside-down after screwing on the cap, and shaking it for 5-10 seconds. If it leaks in your hands, it’ll leak on the blender.—–Leaking is really my only qualm with this blender. It strikes a good balance between power and noise volume, crushes ice, is easy to clean, and is the perfect size for making one smoothie at a time.

I love this thing. I was using a handheld blender thing to make my smoothies and many times my powders didn’t dissolve – there’d be clumps on the side of the container. As well, my oatmeal and nuts didn’t always blend smoothly. Sometimes my smoothies tasted bitter, likely from the protein powders and collagen not blending well.But boy is there a difference in my smoothies now! Creamy, well-blended. And I don’t have to hold the handheld blender any more, or be splashed, or have droplets spray all over.I blend for about a minute and that very well blends everything. The instructions indicate not to blend over 1 minute at a time, but if you need more than 1 minute, wait a bit (forgot how long), and blend another minute. One minute is plenty for my smoothies and I have frozen fruit, nuts, powders, oatmeal, yogurt, soy and almond milks.So glad I ordered this! Don’t know why I waited so long!

For someone who basically lives on protein smoothies, I love my nutribullet. Great quality but a bit loud.
